We are here to help!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Item(s) that meet the Return Conditions can be processed for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
All shipping costs from your purchase are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Ensure you post back your return with a traceable service as Shower Thoughts Pty Ltd is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return follow the below steps:
- Email info@showerthoughts.com.au with your name and order number, receipt or proof of purchase.
- Our Customer Service will be in touch to confirm the Return Conditions are met.

- Once received and approved your return has met the Return Conditions your chosen exchange, refund or store credit will be processed.
Note: Sale items purchased on major sale days such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, Afterpay Day & any sort of Frenzy cannot be refunded but they can be exchanged for a different product or store credit.

Can I change my shipping address?
Item(s) not being sent to the right address? Provided your order has not shipped, we can help change this for you. As soon as you realise, please send us the new address details and quote your order number at the following email address info@showerthoughts.com.au and we can change this over for you.
*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it and do not take responsibility for it, so please check your address carefully.
Returns Due to Non-Collection
Damages and issues
We have a very thorough quality controls and checks when preparing and packing your orders. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have received a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, Shower Thoughts Pty Ltd will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, shower caps). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
